Green River

"Green River" Watercolor 15"x 22" on 140 lb. D Arches paper
This painting was the last in a series of four watercolors.
I had finished it late one afternoon in my studio at the Factory.
Running behind I loaded up and headed home. Unloading at home the watercolor
was not there. I pulled out my phone and called Connie with whom I share a space.
She was in her car about to head home. I asked her to check my parking spot she did
no painting. Then she saw the board laying face down in the middle of Liberty Pike.
The board had tire marks and dents, but the watercolor was fine.

The Violinist

For two years I had a studio in the Factory in Franklin, Tennessee.
The city of Franklin celebrates the Christmas season with live characters

It was very nice.

I'm from Little Rock, Arkansas. While visiting with a friend, Lenard Cockman

Deacon's Cabin

"Deacon's Cabin" 9"x 12" Oil on canvas board plein air
One morning during a painting trip to Colorado, we drove up above Creed and came upon this view. It turned out to be one of the better paintings from the trip. The wind was blowing about 60 mph so it was all I could do to hold my easel on the ground.

Headwaters

"Headwaters" 9"x 12" Oil Plein air on canvas board
